Finalizing research on a MeadowCreek TS series. Would like some input on the use of the charcoal grill pan for those that have. Does this work well for doing things like wings, burgers, etc? Is the temp still regulated at the firebox? If so, is it easy to manage the coals under the cooking grate?

Thanks for all your help. Just a ceramic guy looking to make the next leap.

Thanks!

Ted

Have the ts120 with the charcoal pan and can do a hell of a lot of burgers dogs and sausage all,at one time. Makes it a very Versatel cooker

Called Meadow Creek and they indicated that with the charcoal pan, it is basically for grilling at non-temp specific levels. So no real adjustments with any air flow adjustments.
