This was delicious.... I may have to try a couple more times, just to see if I can do any better :heh:


Going to have to give the sear-on-the-chimney technique a shot. Crust looks great! (Heck, the whole thing looks gorgeous)
 
You'll love it. Just wait till your steak is about 10 degrees from done, and flip often.
