Two pork chops seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

On the Grill Grates in the LBGE @400*

After 6 minutes great grill marks and looks wonderful.



The Pineapple Salsa.



Also served with Saut'e Asparagus. The salsa ingredients: pineapple, green onion, jicama, jalapeno, cilantro, red pepper, lemon.

I really like this idea. For some reason with chops my mind always jumps to chutney, which is usually pretty expensive. Good looking grub there.
 
I'm speechless........this looking farking AMAZING! Two of my favorites, BONE IN chop and asparagus.....YUM!! Very nicely done Ross!

 
WOW! Those look great!

Ya know what the guy said after he told me he didn't like pork? NOTHING!, I kicked him out of my yard and never invited him to any more bbq's.
