Injecting Ribs

Anyone ever inject ribs before a cook? If so, what do you inject with and does it change your cook times?
 
I have seen DivaQ do it on one of the Kingsford challenge shows. She used her normal pork injection.
 
I've injected hot sauce and a jelly/pepper liquid also. IDK if it's advantageous or not...most of the flavor is from the outside but you get a little in there. It's just not super noticeable but it's there.

Add to cooking times? Not at all
