I judged my first Memphs BBQ Network contest Saturday in Charlotte, NC. I had a lot of fun. I judged on-site ribs and one of the teams I judged was Chris Lily and Big Bob Gibson. Chris is seems like a nice guy and really knows how to do a presentation for an on-site judging.
