How long can I hold a brisket in the fridge that isn’t cyro’d anymore? Thawed it out for a cooked last weekend that didn’t happen. Plan to cook Saturday now but while it’s still in the cyrovac it appears to have lost its vacuum/seal. The cyro isn’t super loose but it leaked from somewhere so obviously lost seal. Am I good to keep until Saturday or should I cook tomorrow and reheat Saturday?
