First Time Pepper Wheat Beef w/pron

I have never made Pepper Stout Beef and had a couple Chuckies in Deep Freezer so here goes something. They didn't have any Stout Beer at the corner Store so i got 2 bottles of this Wheat Beer - who knows? And since we can't handle Hot I skipped the Jalapenos and used a can of Chopped green Chiles and a small can of beef broth, 2 bottles of Wheat Beer, Onions and Grren/Orange bell peppers. Seasoned chuckies with Montreal Steak Seasoning. Just Panned it all and cover with foil and back onto smoker. In 1.5-2 hrs I'll check it and if Tender Shred it, mix it up and give it 30 minutes on Smoker uncovered. Got Rolls and Swiss Cheese and Provolone Cheese.







 
Wow, that looks great. I have been waiting on making pepper stout because we don't eat hot either.
 
Y'all, most recipes for this have onions, bell peppers, and maybe a hot pepper or two. Just leave out the hot peppers and enjoy.
