After I pulled the pies yesterday I threw on some wings,UDS was running high temps during the whole pie cook so I wanted to make more use out of it.

This afternoon when I went to Mom I gave her half so she had some smoked snacks for her phriends.
Skin was crunchy,never had that before!

Maybe next time I'll have to pull them a lil' bit quicker so the inside of the chicken has a bit more tenderness and moisture but....it was gooooood!
 
dang i just had a pulled pork sammy (smoked the butt sunday) and those pix are makin me hungry again lol
 
I'd take those any day! Nice cook as always! I wish the wind would blow from the east so I could smell your cooks!!!
