ABT and Meatloaf Pron

well, I have been DYING to try out ABTs ever since I saw them on here, and today felt like the day. went to local wally world, got 12 big jalapenos and then stuffed them with Jalapeno cream cheese, a light dusting of pepper jack cheese, and wrapped in Turkey bacon (I know, a sin, but I had it in my fridge and my pork bellies haven't cured enough for the real deal).

then I decided to throw on a meatleaf from our local farmers market (they make GOOOOOD meatloaf) and smoked on the kettle at 300 with alder and some oak barrel chips for a couple hours... to....die...for

I think I found a new addiction with ABTs... we live in AZ where Jalapenos are a year round thing and CHEAP (I can get them for like $0.30 a lb on average) and with 10 lbs of bacon I got curing in the fridge, this should make for a heart attack worthy addiction
