2nd seasoning opinions.....

Ive seasoned my new uds with a rubbed onion then oil and 2lbs of bulk snausage for 4 hrs.
I wanna get some ideas on what is a cheap meat for a 2nd seasoning?*

Just cook on it. It'll season as you go. I'd do chicken thighs.

Yup, I seasoned with flaxseed only one time then cooked ribs next I think.

Just get to cookin.

I've only seasoned once then went to cooking.. I did crank the heat way up on it when seasoning. Cheap and fun is a fatty... chic thighs are cheap and easy, chic wings.. pig candy is an easy and tasty smoke.. chex party mix is another cheap easy smoke..
Smoked meat loaf is killer.. can't get much cheaper then burger..
