We went grocery shopping this morning, and my wife went to town on the freezer cleaning it out. She handed me a pan full of Omaha Steak gift meat from Christmas and a bag of beef tenderloin she found with orders to cook them for meals during the week. So, I dutifully obliged since it was a gorgeous day here to be in the smoke. :-D
