Hello from San Antonio

Hey Guys! My name is Matthew and I am a cook from San Antonio, Tx. I have been doing competition BBQ very limited for the past 2 years but this year we are finally hitting it hard!!! We have had a couple of top 10 finishes and final table calls during that time. I amcurrently use a custom built pit (I attached a picture). Joined to get tips from everybody and join a place to just talk BBQ. Looking forward to it all!!!
