Meet the new baby sister to the Blue Goose, Sister Flame....now two cookers, two different woods, two different temps, plenty of capacity for those huge party cooks, or one for meats and one for sides...the possibilities are endless.....another fine quality craftsman product of Jay, Steve and Randy.

Good thing I have 3 days off, I got to burn some cherry!

The smoker is black with gold metal flake.....you can see the metal flake in the picture with the two Spicewine stickers....this thing shines on it's own, I asked for the guys to not wax it until i go the graphics on.

Man Jay builds a nice smoker. and the flames look nice to.
 
Spicewine Smokers

Congrats Mr Kick, Thats why i bought two and i works out great.I've been doing my chicken hotter w/o water in the pan and the skin is much better.
