Fired up the Kamado style cooker tonight with oak chunks and ran it up to 500° for this pizza. Had peppers, onion, smoked pork, some cheddar cheese and Mozzarella cheese, and bbq sauce on it. The crust turned out perfect and had that nice crisp snap to it that I like!!

It is a joint effort, I don't even know the ingredients to the crust since it is my wife's specialty. She tried different stuff and I would come home from work and grill it up :thumb: Finally got it how we like it and I don't even know what's in it :doh:
