Question you guy might know ? When ordering the top sliding shelf does it come with the extra temp gauges and ports or is it a add on ? The website does not tell me anything and thinking of getting my build in soon , thanks .

They’re plenty easy to read and are the adjustable Tel-Tru models. Pricey therms on their own. We’re in the middle of baseball season so sometimes tough to find time to fire it up but might have to do something this weekend. Some ribs and rib tips from a few weeks ago.

I switched the thermometers to white due to it being easier to see from a distance.
