Was really craving a spicy chicken sandwich, so went all out. First I marinated the chicken in some Louisiana One Drop and buttermilk. Then breaded the chicken in flour, breadcrumbs and a spicy chicken breading from the grocery store. Next up, we get a super hot grill and bake till about 145 internal. Throw the cast iron on to finish a crisp. Meanwhile, I made up a Nashville like hot oil sauce (oil, butter, Louisiana One Drop, cayenne, sugar garlic salt pepper). Top the chicken with some sauce, pickles, coleslaw, onion and sauce and I'm in heaven!
