Fired up my Royale Fab direct heat cooker



Couple turkey breast and a tri-tip and sausages





Smoked over direct heat - lump charcoal and a couple splits of cherry wood



Turkey breast took about 2 hours - the tri-tip about 40 minutes





Enjoyed the tri-tip, foiled potatoes and broccolini tonight - going to slice the turkey breast and vacumn seal tomorrow

Thank you - its a fun way to cook - really enjoy the flavor you get off the direct heat - and with the summer heat dome, would rather cook on this than feed my offset with sticks with it so damn hot outside
