Ok so been about 3 months since I last posted.......so things are looking up! :biggrin1:

It had been so long my password didn't work for some reason and took me a minute to reset it and even get on here, lol. Figured I had been blocked :p

Got just the wife and 2 kids today (1st time in years that we didn't host a bunch of folks). I'm only in charge of meats this year and bought a 28lb ham 2 weeks back. Got that brined and on this morning. The turkey went on a bit ago.

Wife is doing sides. Here's what I got so far.

Here's the ham getting into the brine. After trim it was around 24'ish

Here's the rest. Ham went on at 9am running 325-350 and is about done.
