And the word is Backyard BBQ. 75 percent of Americans own a grill, smoker or other outdoor cooking device, so if you participate in tomorrow's annual event, why not spread the word and include a bottle of rub, sauce or even mustard or ketchup in addition to the normal non-perishable list of things that are commonly donated?

It's really easy, just leave a bag of non-perishable food near your mailbox and your Letter Carrier will pick it up and get it to your local food bank.

Our sack is packed. Great Cause. If you did not get a bag you can still meet your mailperson and hand it to them or take it to a local post office. They are asking for non-perishables with protein like peanut butter, tuna, beans etc.
