G'Day. Had a day off yesterday. Neighbour (Andy) had a big family BBQ yesterday. I was working so missed out.

Today I took out a large chili boerewors and we chucked it on the flat top for simples.

Screaming hot. On it goes.

Delicious. Cooked just right. Not dry at all. Simples.

Spent some time in South Africa 25 years ago. First breakfast had some Boerewors and could barely choke them down (although I should mention I was 19 and naïve). By the time I left, they were one of my favorite foods. They have street stands where they sell boerie rolls and slather them in chutney. So delicious. Very jealous of your great looking plate.

Here's a little article I found about boerie rolls.
