I just noticed a freezer bag of pulled pork still in fridge from 7 days ago. Typically I freeze by day 3 but is this safe if frozen today and eaten same day as thawed.
 
I have done it before. I vacum seal it and toss in the deep freeze.
Then sous vide it to 160* when I serve it :mrgreen:
 
Taste it first. 7 day pulled pork is kinda rough. Might be safe to eat but needs tons of sauce, because there's a taste that develops the older it gets.
So, safe = probably; tasty = probably not.
