Prime Sirloin and shrimp for wifes bday!

the wife's bday is today and she asked for steak and shrimp, our local grocery store sells prime grade sirloins for $8.99/lb and they had some great looking ones today!

well i dont eat shrimp, and we only use filet when we do hibachi since it has no flavor by itself lol

My wife is spoiled with prime filet and 13/15 shrimp. I usually have to do panko breaded coconut shrimp with pepper mango dipping sauce, or garlic butter shrimp on the barbie.

13/15 is how many shrimp per pound. Some companies label their shrimp large, jumbo, extra jumbo..ect But i always go by how many shrimp per pound.
