Newbie here.

Hello all.

Newbie as far as smoking goes. Had a el cheapo brinkman I messed with for a couple months but it was a disaster. Ordered a Bradley electric smoker. Hope I have better luck w/ it.. Did some research on it, but Im sure I can find other users w/ one to give me their opinion.
Gonna read some old posts now and look forward to chatting with you pros.
