Very Nice. Looks like you are going to have some fun. Looking forward to your cooks. We love bone in chicken thighs- I use a brine from thirdeye's blog- over direct heat. Its one of our favorite meals
 
Adam, you hit the jackpot with that bad boy! It has a ton of cooking capacity. So tell me now, what is the deal with using the pickle brine on chicken? Looking forward to many cook pics on that beast!

It's really just pickle juice left over from pickle jars and you brine the chicken in it...you can add salt and other stuff too...anyway, I sounded good so I wanted to try it out.
 
Great smoker, I enjoy mine. If you will be moving it occasionally, you might consider the off road wheel package, it sure helps me move mine around. Congrats!
