Just wanted to say thanks for letting me join this group. I always read the
Forums when I needed some good advice so I figured why not just join.
I live near Richmond, Va
I started smoking with a Weber kettle about 7 years ago and graduated to a Masterbuilt electric.
When the element went out I scrapped it and built a drum smoker and then
Eventually I had enough char griller parts to build my first offset
I love cooking whenever I get the chance between working and raising three boys.
Anybody close to this area in Virginia?
