Next grill currently being built, Lone Starz 24x48 offset (dude in the pic isnt me)

Specs of Lone Starz Grill I am having built

- 24x48 offset , single door with counter weight
- 1/2 inch fire box
- gas assist
- ash tray
- main chamber grilling plates
- drain valve
- 12 inch fold down stainless shelf
- 8 inch wheel upgrade
- cover

Production time is 4 months so any advice on the grill configuration would be appreciated.

This will be my first stick burner .
