Hi all. We have a massive cook coming up on October 11 in Madison WI at the VA hospital.
Yes, it’s unfortunately on a Wednesday, so it becomes a little more difficult to find enough smokers to cook all the chicken, ribs, butts, beans, etc. and that’s where you come in. We supply the food, all you’ll need is your smoker and fuel for it.
