Who has a link to that epic turkey smoking thread that was posted many years ago? Discusses brining, temps, basically everything. In the past it would get bumped up before every Thanksgiving. That thread was so informative…taught me how to smoke turkeys.

Do an advanced search that has keywords you know are in that thread, and set the minimum post count for the search to a big number that you know that thread would exceed.
