I've been wanting lamb chops for a while now. It was gorgeous weather here today, so I pulled the trigger.

They're marinaded in McCormick's Brazilian Steakhouse and cooked hot and fast on the BGE with some mesquite chips for smoke.

Mama is making mashed potatoes and a veggie to go with these tonight. Gonna be a good dinner.

Love me some chops. Sam's always has them marked down. I guess because we are East Texas and folks don't eat a lot of lamb. I'm the only one that will really eat them in our house, so I usually cook them when the girls are out. Made some the other night with a green peppercorn cream sauce, and they were to die for. Yours look absolutely delicious.
