lunchman and Smokin Aussie. Either of you guys want to share the recipe you use. Like Dom, I've been looking for a good recipe and the variations are mind blowing.

Thanks guys!!

Here are the two I used. Use either one or combine them as I did.

The other is from SoupedUpRecipes. Look for her youtube channel, you'll find the video and a printable recipe linked to it. I can't seem to get the actual url.

I think the first time I made this I followed the Lau recipe and for this post I did my own thing.

Have fun with this!

I'm not Dom or Bill, but here's the recipe I play off of. I always substitute sous vide chicken or pork for the tofu.

That Simply Recipes story is funny, with all the other shoppers stating what is best to use.

Even in the two I referenced, one says to use silken tofu, the other firm. OK, I'll use whatever I feel like using as who knows if it really matters. It's just cooking.

Thank you all!!

My wife saw a Facebook post showing a photo of a large stockpot. The caption was "when this comes out, you know you'll be eating the same thing for days".

I finished the soup for lunch yesterday. :-D. Still just as good.
