FC: I got up at 4am and ran three miles
Me: I got up at 4am lit the smoker, made home made BBQ sauce, a simple rub, prepped and placed three racks of spare ribs in the smoker---then drank two beers.
FC: we've changed
Me: time marches on

Happy belated phriday!

Yesterday was bacon cheeseburgers on the griddle…today mrs snadamo requested drummers a la vortex

Sunday up in the air but wanted to do shishkabob or pizza…have ingredients for neither.

I took Friday and Monday off and hoping to relax; but I get anxious if I don’t have a task/project to do. Perhaps cleaning the deep payer and moving stuph around the patio is in order.

Other than that; the usual…beer and phootball

No smoking, dreary rainy cold day today. Pan fried ribeye in garlic butter, garlic mushrooms & onion spaetzle.
