Food Truck Burger!

This is my entry cook.

To celebrate National Double Cheeseburger Day:

Beef Marrow Double Cheeseburger

Started with half cut beef marrow bones from Wild Fork Foods. Seasoned with Q-Salt and tossed in the Shirley

1/3 lb burgers (also hit with Q-Salt) joined them

Added cheddar cheese

Time to assemble…



Loaded it up with smoked beef marrow

Added tomato, cowboy candy (pickles and jalapeños) and bacon.

Then plated it properly. Wrapped in wax paper and served in a red plastic basket with chips.

It was very tasty!
