It looks like there is a nice stack in the background. Very nice smoker and there is no smoke like that from an offset!!! Eat well, rub your belly, and smile. :clap:

I think it went well. It is the first offset I have used.
the ribs turned out great with a nice smoke ring. temp control was a breeze I think the big tip is to use smaller pieces of wood.
