For our family Christmas lunch, I bought a couple of 4 bone ribeye roasts and separated the bones from the roasts leaving a generous amount of meat on the bones. The plan was to cook one roast and all of the ribs all on my Large BGE:

The roast was pulled and got a reverse sear finish. The finished roast:

The ribs continued cooking on the Egg:

Finished and sliced back ribs:

...and a good case of food coma after eating.

Its pics like this that make me laugh when people waste the Back ribs off the ribeye for something like stock for an au jus.
Nicely done.
