Cattle calling from Southern Minnesota. I've been smokin for only a few years but becoming more and more obsessed with every year that goes by. Eager to pick the brains and get whatever wisdom I can from this group. I have your standard issue Weber 22" kettle and a PBC for my tools of the trade.
