The cancersuckschicago.com and QUAU BBQ Teams are teaming up for our 5th Annual Compeitition Cooking Class. 100% of the proceeds goes to help fight cancer. A portion of the class fee can be used as a tax deduction, but it is recommended that you talk to your tax professional.

The class will be February 15-16th in Hinsdale, IL (suburb of Chicago). The class will begin Saturday afternoon and finish up early Sunday. Meals and beverages will be supplied, along with a nice goody bag. This class will be exactly what I do at a contest for all 4 meats. Mike will be specifically covering ribs and brisket, but he does answer questions on all topics.

Hopefully you will be able to join us. We have raised over $60,000 in our previous classes to help fight cancer.

Great class that teaches a lot of info including all of the little things you need to know when competing. Also a great opportunity to raise money to fight cancer.

Scottie, I am looking into flights for this class, about what time does the class start and finish?

We usually start around 3:00 on Saturday and finish up around 2:00 on Sunday. O'Hare and Midway are about equal distance.

This is a great class, and I whole-heartedly recommend it. You learn a ton, and they treat you great. Worth every penny.
