Bronco Chicken

I recently picked up a Bronco pro because I wanted a direct fire cooker on occasion. I finally did some chicken over some lump & cherry wood chunks, oh my gosh was it good! Some of the best chicken that I’ve made including vortex chicken, wow, the juices dripping into the flames is the real deal & I’m hooked, can’t wait to do more chicken now!

Thanks all, actually that picture is after I ate so I didn’t get an inside pic showing the juicy insides. After I ate it I realized it was some of the best chicken I ever made so I wanted to share it with my brethren.
