Bike-Beer & Smoke A Couple Fattys

Had a good sized amount of previously smoked Value Ribs and wife wants a touch of seasoning on the Fattys. B&B Oak lump with a small hickory split. Tiernan SOB. Bike ride 1:22 and the garage sale hunters were after me. Damn. Anyway, today’s cook is lit. Told wife I probably should eat some dark veggies and she asked if Blue Box Mac was dark enough. Hell Yea

There were no remaining ribs. Luckily United Amigos has value ribs 0.97# this weekend. Already bought 9$ worth.
