My wife too gave me a West Coast Offense but I didn't receive it until Christmas Day - quite the surprise. So I have a nice standing rib roast to smoke tomorrow. Which one of the rubs (West Coast Offense rubs) would y'all recommed I put all over the standing rib roast before I smoke it?

I've never done one before, but I am looking forward to using one of my new rubs . . .
