What a busy week!
New HVAC for the downstairs getting installed as I type.
Tomorrow helping a great friend, Jack Cashman, with a BBQ competition.
Then getting all things ready and going for the 2022 Texas BBQ Brethren Spring BASH in only 5 DAYS!!!

Don't drink a Malort for me in case that yankee shows up but a cold beer would be OK. Just now getting over detached retina surgery. That chit hurts! Really wanted to make this one but...I'll be looking for pics from my good eye!

Y'all have Fun! :thumb:

We're gonna have to do it in October Mike. Now that the covid BS is starting to wear off I think it's time again.

Still crack me up:laugh:

This thread brings it all home to me. I don't even know what I have forgotten and what still remember. What I do know is that some of the best people are those I have spent bash time with and I love all of them and am plan on seeing them again once I get through this round of health hardship.

Decided to make Keri's Hog Apple Baked Beans and Sandra is making a double batch of brownies.

Health issues have kept me from the last couple of bashes and I'm not back to 100% but am getting a lot closer. Have a "roto rooter"/balloon/possible stent in my left leg scheduled for next Thursday for PAD (obstructed blood flow) so might not participate in the "run around the parking lot to make more room for food race".

Met up with Chris's wife earlier this morning and picked up the InkBird 6 probe.
I'll think up something to see who the proud owner will be!!
See you Saturday morning at the Bash!!

Thanks, Hotch! I'm jealous thinking about all the great eats I'll be missing Saturday.
