Broke out the prime tri tip from Wild Fork

Also grabbed a couple of chubs of Jimmy Dean sausage, regular and hot.

Hit the tri tip and the reg sausage with Q-Salt and the hot one with my rib rub, then they went in the smoker with the creamed corn already there. (Yes! Smoked cream corn is the bomb [emoji378])

If I remember correctly, every time your son visits, you guys end up knocking it out of the park. I may have to time a trip to Ohio to coincide with one of his visits. That is some quality family time right there, my friend!
