I really like scorpion chiles. As hard as scotch bonnets are to come by, scorps have a lot of that red (fresno, bell etc) besides the more floral habanero notes.

I went through a bottle already and it’s pretty good but has a strong habanero profile to it. Much thicker than regular and not as hot as I thought it would be but it will definitely get you going...
