We both wanted green chile. Hit the meat market for two tenderized thin chicken breast and two 1/2 pound brisket patties. Chopped up some frozen roasted Hatch Green Chile with chopped RGV sweet onion, a tablespoon of bacon fat and a few dashes of Fiesta Fajita Seasoning. That Fiesta Fajita Seasoning is great on chopped green chile and onions. Bacon fat puts it over the top. Meat market had a custom bread called Sourdough Reuben . Yes, I hit that even at$6.99 a loaf.
Tiernan SOB and used up my penultimate bag of B&B pure oak, not blend. Well The Bride saw those juicy brisket burgers and said Chicken Can Wait. Stopped by a local brewery and grabbed a growler and a six pack of Park Road 5 Cervesa.
Was grand
