So, the choices for July's Special All Month Throwdown are:

A) "Burger Blowout"(no explanation needed - just cook burgers)

OR:

B) "Flame Grilled!"(cook over open flames, entry must show flames kissing your food while it cooks)

OR:

C) "Summer Cookouts"(Open seasonal category)



We will close the poll on Friday, June 30th then make the announcement immediately thereafter, and the new Throwdown will begin.

7 Celsius Today George, and it's 3 more months before it gets any better.

With my Pernicious Anaemia it's a real bugger. I need the heat to reduce the ice sensations in my arms and legs. When I was in Malaysia it was much less noticeable.

Flame grilled leaves me out. If my grill is flaming I need a fire extinguisher. Summer cookouts of the past tended to be big spreads that fed a lot of people. Not really practical when you cook for one. I can, however, cook a cheeseburger, so...
