Venison snacks

My kind 'ol farm gal behind me brought me some ground venison from her boys and I want to make some venison snack sticks.
Who among you with such experience can guide me to a purveyor of premade spice mixes (or have a homemade recipe) that have pleased you?
I only have 3lbs so with pork added I'll only be making around 4lbs total and don't really need a 25# batch of seasoning!

Are you set on snack sticks? My favorite pre-made kit for venison by far is Con Yeager's kielbasa kit.

Sportsman’s Warehouse sells small batch seasoning kits.At least they did last time I was there.
