MSD found lot's to buy but also got a Wagyu Flatt Iron for $11.99 / LB.
Seasoned with only sea salt.
Cooked indirect on the Weber with Maple chunks then seared with wide open temp.
Let rest a few minutes (foil tent)
Cut open and liked the results.
Sliced and enjoyed.
It also made awesome French Dips the next day!!!!!
