OK then. Pulled out some Deer jalapeno & cheese smoked sausage a friend gave me along with some delicious Snake River Farms Tenderloin Steak Medallions.

Threw them on the grill and this is what we got:

Gotta love Thanksgiving time. Stock up on all the red meat you can before the big day then it's full tilt Turkey and Ham! Win Win! :thumb:
 
Mine is cleaned out now minus a deer my wifes cousin got and when he skinned it he literally butchered it. He had no clue what he was doing and ruined it. You cant tell one cut from another. A bunch of fat and silver skin left on as well. It's junk.
 
Ive got a small chest freezer, a beer fridge top freezer and a side by side in the kitchen. Each one has part of a 50# hoard of roasted green chile.

If forced to clean those out- it would be an Epic clean out
