The Hunsaker 22"griddle comes through for the "Combo Plate" throwdown.

I actually had no intention of entering this throwdown. Then I realized that I had cooked two feasts that fit the criteria. And one actually had some pics. Just a bad habit, I guess. I mean, who takes pics of food for no reason?

So, we started with some bacon and a homemade sausage cut lengthways to get some sear on it.


Next up is hashbrowns and eggs. Both seasoned with Q-Salt.


And then I tried to fit it all on one plate.
Probably should have used a platter.


And that's my surprise entry.

Yeah, I had trouble getting it all on a plate, but I had no trouble getting it in my belly.
