Cook a dish of your choosing from any region south of the U.S. border- this is not limited to just traditional Mexican food, but also other regional styles in Mexico and central and South America(Caribbean excluded) - Oaxaca, Jalisco, Argentinian, Salvadoran, and Peruvian come to mind.




You may submit entries that are cooked from 4/22 through 5/9.

Entry pictures must be submitted by Noon Central US Time on Monday, 5/9.
