Here's my proposal!
Eat Like A Greek!
Greek food lends itself well to American BBQ and Grilling. It is clean and simple food and one of my favourite cuisines.

There’s only one rule. Cite your Greek inspiration! And if that just comes from the heart, say so because that is what Greek food is all about. Just keep it simple. Clean food. Meat, Seafood, Vegetables, Cheese, Salads. Fruits, Flavour and Love…. With a Greek perspective.
